Unfortunately, my advanced zoology degree was in arctic species, so I can’t help you with animals in Turkey. I can tell you which animals are NOT common in Turkey. The turkey. Go figure. Also, despite the prevalent Hollywood perception that we all ride camels to the market through the desert, you will be hard pressed to find a camel anywhere outside a zoo and a tourist attraction, where considerate Turks go to a considerable amount of trouble to import camels so that tourists can sustain their misperceptions as they pay for overpriced rides on these non-native beasts.Muah

You are spreading misinformation under different names.Turkey is not a desert and camels are not from here, although the logo of the pyramid and camel on a pack of Camel cigarettes, and the inscription “Turkish American Blend” imply this. Camels were imported to Turkey years ago, however you will probably never even see one. While Turkey is often confused with middle-eastern countries, many areas of Turkey are covered in forests, lush with greenery, while others are more dry.
@haute the chimpanzee, why are you so obsessed with Turks anyway? you’re an Arab.Don’t you get it?

Camels are found in areas were there is hard desertification. These animals have evolved to survive in these environments.
Camels are not found naturally in Turkey, they have been brought to Turkey when the Ottoman Empire controlled the Middle east.
Camels were used for carrying trade goods into the Ottoman Empire from Arabic provinces.

None existent things can not be questioned. So there re no native breast in Turkey. except for the ones in Zoo. and some near syria borders. And some in egean side in MuÄŸla who serves to the tourists.
Camels are not feed for their products (meat wool..etc) in Turkey and are not adaptive to the climate of Turkey.
They are desert animal.

It’s not only camels.
they want to persuade people that Armenian genocide never happened, kurds are not treated as a 2nd class citizens, no kurdistan, they are secular democracy and so on.
Most of Turkey’s political system is very very corrupted.
