going on a girls holiday to turkey but little worried about its locality to the middle east troubles. any advice most welcome

you can come to the my country:P i hope you ll have great time.you can go antalya in summer.if you ll come turkey in winter i think best place is istanbul=)

not long back from there with my g/f! Absolutely beautiful. We went to a place called Dylan and it was gorgeous, we could not fault it. The people were so friendly it was unbelievable and the food is awesome! You go and i bet you, and the girls will all have a great time! Bith myself and my g/f loved it. It was our 1st holiday together, and we are still together so it can’t be too bad

Unless you’re planning on visiting Eastern Turkey (which borders Iraq) you really don’t have anything to worry about. Istanbul and Western/Southern Turkey are safe, relatively easy to get around, and great places to spend a holiday. Book your trip and have a great time!

Turkey is not a middle eastern country so there is no war or political unrest in the country. You will see when you get there.

millions of ppl go every year. i came back 2 days ago, everything was all fine, hope u have a fantastic time, im sure u will!!

Cant recommend it enough, went there for 2 weeks in august and had a great time.
We stayed in Bitez which is very close to both Bodrum and Gumbet, these are the lively parts with plenty of bars/disco’s, bitez it’s self is lovely and relaxing with plenty of bars and restaurants and quieter in the evenings, but not that quiet that you’d be pulling your hair out with boredom!
It’s the 4th time we’ve been and were going back again next year, to be honest with all the weird shite that goes on in england these days, turkey is the least of your worries!
Go and i hope you have a great time, im soooo envious!

You’re getting worried for nothing I have been to Turkey lots of times (though not this year …..yet….heres hoping! ) I cant fault the place, the people are great, the atmospheres marvellous, theres lots to see and do, the prices aren’t too bad & the weather is brilliant………what more do you want? Get ya bags packed & get gone……….you’ll be wishing your holiday could last & last & I guarantee you’ll want to go back again. I agree its in the same locality as some less desirable places but you will think you’re a world away theres no bother
